Our highly-skilled compliance team ensure that the recruitment process for nurses is fast and effective to get you working as soon as possible.  

In order to start working for us, candidates are required to provide the following:

  • An up-to-date CV
  • Details of referees from the current / most recent positions
  • Evidence of identity and eligibility to work in the UK
  • Evidence of professional registration (statement of entry) and nursing qualification
  • 2 proofs of address from the past 3 months in order to complete a DBS (previously known as CRB)

  • Manual Handling training
  • Health and Safety
  • Fire Safety
  • Complaints Handling
  • Confidentiality
  • Fire Safety
  • Infection Control
  • Lone Worker Training
  • Safeguarding Adults and Children (must be level 2)
  • Handling violence and aggression
  • Equality and Diversity training
  • Human Rights Training
  • Completed application form
  • Clinical, Numeracy and Literacy assessments
  • DBS - must be registered with the update service if external. If not, you must complete a DBS check through our agency
  • Passport photo for your ID badge
  • Evidence of immunity/immunisation to Measles, Rubella, Varicella, TB, Hep B
  • For those undertaking exposure prone procedures Hep B surface antigen, Hep C antibodies and HIV (all must be negative and IVS)
  • Evidence of professional indemnity insurance (membership of a Union)
